Bad service returned cartridge end of December been calling them for a refund or right size cartridge only get empty promises .will never support them again going the legal way

Ordered 5 toners and paid for them all, R7k, and i send 4 emails with fotos attached complaining that 2 of the toners are not working. No feedback, no replies, but Buthle keeps telling my staff that she will reply on our mails. First mail was send on Friday 22nd of October and still no replies on 27.10.2022 after 3 phone calls.

Excellent and trustworthy service Buhle assisted me urgently and received my Cartridges today I am satisfied with the service I received thank you.
